Mascarpone<\/h3>\n

\u200bMascarpone is an essential ingredient to the making of authentic Italian tiramis\u00f9. The creamy filling in a tiramis\u00f9 is called \u201cla crema\u201d and is made from whipped egg whites, egg yolks and sugar gently folded together with mascarpone – yummy!<\/p>\n

Mascarpone is not only fantastic in desserts – try using a generous scoop in a steaming hot tomato soup – tomato soup will never be the same again without it! Our mascarpone consist of 53 per cent butter fat in the dry matter and is therefore very suitable for heating.\u200b[\/vc_column_text]
