Burrata<\/h3>\n

The cheese mass in a burrata is the same as in a mozzarella. The curd is stretched using hot water and then filled with stracciatella, a delicious mixture of cream and shredded mozzarella. Of course, all stretched, shredded and shaped by hand.
\nThe burrata should not be eaten cold from the fridge, it tastes best at room temperature. Use it for antipasto, a starter, on a freshly baked pizza, for a salad or as a fresh and different dessert<\/p>\n
